We had our water heater give out on Thanksgiving Day and we weren't sure we'd be able to get someone out before the following week. We used 1800heaters through Home Depot and were very pleased. The service technician, Sev K., arrived ahead of schedule (which they called to confirm was ok), was very professional and replaced the water heater quickly. He was very careful to clean up afterwards and explained everything he was doing. We would definitely use 1800heaters again.
