Best pilates studio I've ever been to, by leaps and bounds! Elizabeth has an incredible holistic approach to fitness and the body that acknowledges that all of our parts work together, and her understanding of this allows her to tell her clients how to best maximize each exercise. She's also very motivational - she seems to WANT you to feel good and knows how to encourage.
I've been to studios where trainers didn't pay any attention to placement and form, which seems so important in pilates. Elizabeth is constantly making sure movements are being done properly, and she has a knack for perfectly describing how the body should feel when doing it, which makes it more identifiable.
My body has changed so much in the time I've been taking pilates here. I am lighter, more defined but not bulky, stronger, and my posture is better! Love.
