What is especially great about Elizabeth is not only does she practice what she preaches, she is completely non-judgemental. Her knowledge of pilates and her passion for teaching the method is loving, intense and results oriented. After leaving her intimate studio the first time, one feels like they are well on the road to fitness and strength. No matter what age or size you are, she is committed to supporting her clients in reaching their goals
