I really the fact that this company uses all green solutions to do so, that was a big plus as to why I hired them I have a 3 month old baby... I will for sure be calling them again. more

wow!!! the look of the area rugs when they were delivered back to me. I thought they had just thrown the other area rugs out and bought replicas. but no, they were cleaned very well. they looked new. I had one of the best experience with this company. first of all, never expect the price that is given to you over the phone to be a set price. there is no way they can give you a price and stick with it, without seeing your carpet. I know my carpet was dirty and I knew that it was going to go up again. this company is truly a professional one. the carpet looks cleaner than ever. Im very glad I called them regardless of what other people had to say of them. this company has it all. call them and check them out for yourselfs. more

DO NOT EVERRRRRRRRR get your carpets cleaned by this company. They give you one price on the phone plus 10% off for 1st time customers. Sounds amazing? Yeah until they get to your house, ask you to pay in CASH ONLY and the prices jumps 30 cents per square foot. When you call to complain, no one ever calls you back. You get attitude from everyone that works there and when told they will call you back after reviewing a previous conversation, they don't. When you call to find out the status of what is going on, the MANAGER tells you oh they must of forgot. Then continues to argue with you and YELL over everything you are trying to say therefore not listening to a word. Doesn't give you his name and then says F*** YOU F*** YOUR MOM F*** YOUR LIFE F*** YOUR FRIENDS F*** YOU and hangs up on you. I called back and they hear your voice and hang up. You better bet I will have them looked into considering their conversations are supposed to be recorded. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! more
