I had one of the best experience with this company. first of all, never expect the price that is given to you over the phone to be a set price. there is no way they can give you a price and stick with it, without seeing your carpet. I know my carpet was dirty and I knew that it was going to go up again. this company is truly a professional one. the carpet looks cleaner than ever. Im very glad I called them regardless of what other people had to say of them. this company has it all. call them and check them out for yourselfs.
