DO NOT EVERRRRRRRRR get your carpets cleaned by this company. They give you one price on the phone plus 10% off for 1st time customers. Sounds amazing? Yeah until they get to your house, ask you to pay in CASH ONLY and the prices jumps 30 cents per square foot. When you call to complain, no one ever calls you back. You get attitude from everyone that works there and when told they will call you back after reviewing a previous conversation, they don't. When you call to find out the status of what is going on, the MANAGER tells you oh they must of forgot. Then continues to argue with you and YELL over everything you are trying to say therefore not listening to a word. Doesn't give you his name and then says F*** YOU F*** YOUR MOM F*** YOUR LIFE F*** YOUR FRIENDS F*** YOU and hangs up on you. I called back and they hear your voice and hang up. You better bet I will have them looked into considering their conversations are supposed to be recorded. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
