I went to Circuit City to get the hardware I needed to fix my computer and was told that with the version of windows I have (windows 98 first edition) and the Ram on my computer (32MB), I could not get what I needed and that was basically the end of the help.
Nothing was mentioned about upgrading the memory or anything else.
They lost the sale!
