The guys know how to take care of computers. Thought I lost everything. Not only did they find the problem,they were also able to get my data back and fix my computer in 2 days. Not sure what the whole firedog is but they did a great job on my computer more

Incompetent employees 7/26/2005

I went to Circuit City to get the hardware I needed to fix my computer and was told that with the version of windows I have (windows 98 first edition) and the Ram on my computer (32MB), I could not get what I needed and that was basically the end of the help. Nothing was mentioned about upgrading the memory or anything else. They lost the sale! Store is clean and they have great sales most of the time. Friendly employees, but incompetent more
