When I get the desire to get some great International foodstuffs or a fantastic bottle of wine, I skip the World Market and go further down 29th street to Russo’s. They have among the finest selection of wines in Grand Rapids and helpful staff that can assist you in selecting what type of wine you may need.
Dealing with 28th street traffic can be a bit of a hassle sometimes, but depending on the route you take, you may be able to avoid 28th all together. Otherwise, there are no other issues I see with Russo’s and anytime I am in the area I make it a point to stop in.
