I recently purchased some top soil to be delivered to my home from B&G. I paid for 3 yards and only received 2. Of course this could have been resolved easily but that didn't happen. It was suppose to be delivered on a Wednesday morning but after a few phone calls I didn't receive it until late Thursday afternoon. This caused a lot of trouble with other projects going on at the same time. Needless to say, I asked for a refund of $17 for the one yard of top soil I didn't receive and the owner's son hung up on me twice. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card to get the refund. I won't be going to B & G any time soon.
