Professional, helpful and reliable 6/15/2007

As coordinator for a playground installation project, I needed to find a lot certified playground mulch at a good price. Greg at B and G not only worked with me on getting a good deal on mulch delivered right to our school, he was available to answer questions and make suggestions regarding my project. As a first-time playground project coordinator, his guidance was crucial to the success of our project and I couldn't be more grateful. Worst customer service 8/7/2005

I recently purchased some top soil to be delivered to my home from B&G. I paid for 3 yards and only received 2. Of course this could have been resolved easily but that didn't happen. It was suppose to be delivered on a Wednesday morning but after a few phone calls I didn't receive it until late Thursday afternoon. This caused a lot of trouble with other projects going on at the same time. Needless to say, I asked for a refund of $17 for the one yard of top soil I didn't receive and the owner's son hung up on me twice. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card to get the refund. I won't be going to B & G any time soon. more
