I bought a 2008 Prius. They slyly added $800 to the MSRP without telling me. I didnt realize it until the next day when I pulled the sticker out of my glovebox. When I called Bob Leonard, he was exremely sarcastic and rude, telling me I should be more responsible next time, and that he couldnt' do anything for me. Next time, I WILL be more responsible by staying far away from this dealer!
