Michigan State University is known for the agricultural aspect of the school, so it is fitting that MSU has a beautiful area on campus that is dedicated to flowers and plants.
One area of the gardens is called the Children’s Garden. It is an area that children can explore and contains fun items like a tree house, a mock train to play in, winding paths, and frog-filled ponds.
I do believe that the garden is free to visitors on the weekends, and parking is free. It’s a nice way to spend a weekend afternoon with your children.
