Jack and Ester are the owners and are a delight.
When they are there the place runs like a top...7 days per week.
When they take a day off or go on vacation the chef comes out of the kitchen and acts as the manager... which he has no aptitude for.
Both the food and service suffer at that point.
But the owners do deserve a week off at some point would`nt agree? My best advice is to call and see if the owners are in...you`ll get the very best service from them. If you are not happy with your meal tell them and they will make right....
