Tom Rhoades agreed to diagnose my computer issues and call with a 24 hour turnaround
time. Not only did he not do that, but a week later when I went in the store to pick it up (after not
hearing from him), he was rude, angry, and demanded I leave his store. When I asked
him why he had not called or fixed my computer he responded that he did not
answer to anyone.
I had to call the police to get my computer and software back from him.
DO NOT take your business to this person. Avoid his store at all costs. Perhaps he
knows something about computers, but it's nopt worth dealing with him.
Evidently he is opening a new business in a new location. I would never go there either.
