I never used Dick Hannah before because I heard nothing but terrible things about them and after this experience - I'll never use them again. I reluctantly chose them because i needed a body part on my passat and their quote was the cheapest. Little did I know it was going to take me driving down there 4 times, dealing with 3 different departments, getting inaccurate quotes, and encountering downright condescending and rude customer service. My husband had a similar experience with Dick Hannah Pro Calibur's service department. Took his Yamaha in for something relatively small - took them over a month and they fried the starter.
