First off, they wouldn't let me see the actual 'cages' where they keep the dogs. I had to look at them from a distance (from the front yard). That should have been my first clue not to go here. Next, when I picked up my dog, she had clearly lost a lot of weight (she was there for a week) and her back leg was puffy as if it were infected. After we brought her to the vet, we find out she had a puncture in her leg that had to be drained because it was infected. How could the kennel not notice this and just hand our dog back to us as if nothing had happened? They think her leg got punctured on the fence in the dog run area. They did re-imburse us our money for vet bills, but didn't give us a dime back for the boarding. I say avoid this place at all costs!!!
