If I could I wouldn't even rate this place it is worse than poor. I bought a vehicle from there in 2006 the sales was ok at the time. After dealing with the service department and the young kids of the unexperienced financial department, I had it and said I would never go there again. Then after a telephone conversation with one of the managers that was so unprofessional if was confirmed that this place was a joke. As time went on I forgot the extent of everything and what I was mad about and went back to look for another vehicle. After the usual salesman stuff we bought one, less than 24 hrs after the sale the vehicle was broken! I thought you had 72 hrs to terminate a contract or that there are laws against this. Best Ford sales knew what the did and refused to talk. We did bring it into the service department. The next day they said your case is closed come get your vehicle and that was it, no answer's, we couldn't ask questions that was it and it was still broken. We had to fix the vehicle on our own at a cost of over one thousand dollars. I have filed two complaints with Ford Motor Company and one with the Better Business Bureau that is still in the works. This place is beyond bad it should be illegal.
