Wow, I have never tried to call a dealership more times to get in touch with two people and have had more trouble. I cannot tell you how any times I would get a message saying I'll call you back at X time, and "we're so close to the # we need to be at" just to have to call them back 2 and a half hours after time X and then to find out we are nowhere near where we need to be, in fact they came down $100 or $200 each time when I was very clear upfront the # we needed to hit. I also told them I actually had another dealer waiting willing to give me what I wanted, I just wanted to avoid the extra travel. I wanted my time with them to last and day and they dragged it out FOUR days, just not responding to me, saying they are "working on numbers" (whatever that means, a 6th grader could work on numbers faster) Ron was awful at returning my call, and when I called him out for never calling me back, he said he had other more important things to do, really makes you feel important doesn't it. I have been here since 9am, but can't find 5 min to call you before noon, sorry. As other have said they show cars on their website that are not available to get you to come in, then jerk you around saying they'll work with you. They tried to steal my trade in from me and wouldn't budge from their offer even though 2 other dealers offered me more ($1000 and $1500 more actually) and they budged $100, that's it. I am done with them, and if you're smart you'll find another ford dealer to deal with. I have had great success in Salem, NH and have heard really good things about Londenderry, NH as well. good luck and stay away from "Best" (HA) ford in Nashua, unless you love wasting your time and getting jerked around.
