I am very grateful to Fort Financial. They have proven to be caring about be personally. Several months ago I got a car loan from them and it was the best rate in the area. Just like the person said above, it took only a few minutes, no hassles. But just when I thought things couldn’t be any better, they helped me again.
Unknown to me, a clerk at a local store kept my debit card number and began to use it personally. Someone from Fort Financial called me immediately to verify the transactions that were not mine. They sent me out some brief paperwork to sign and to give to the police department to help bring charges against the store’s clerk. Fort Financial immediately credited my account for the fraud while all this was being worked out.
I appreciated the great help and the careful monitoring of their customers accounts.
