I HAD MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY AT EXTREME PLAY. THE PARTY COST A LITTLE OVER 160.00 FOR SIX KIDS(A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE BUT I WAS WILLING TO PAY THAT FOR A PARTY I WOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE AT HOME) , THAT INCLUDED ONE MEDIUM PIZZA, ONE 1 1/2 QT PITCHER OF COKE AND 12 BALLOONS. WHEN I BOOKED THE PARTY I FELT LIKE I WOULD BE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE HOWEVER WHEN THE PARTY DAY CAME I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED. THE PARTY ROOM WAS NOT READY.WE HAD NO PLATES OR CUPS SET UP, THE BALLOONS ARRIVED 25 MINUTES AFTER THE PARTY STARTED AND WERE THE WRONG COLOR. THE FOOD DID COME AT THE RIGHT TIME BUT WAS TERRIBLE. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A PARTY AT A FACILITY THAT CATERS TO CHILDREN THE PARTY PLANNER GENERALLY HELPS YOU IN MOVING THE PARTY ALONG. THE PIZZA WAS BROUGHT IN (SERVE YOURSELF) WHEN WE RAN OUT OF SODA (1 1/2 QT) I HAD TO ACTUALLY GO STAND IN LINE TO GET A REFILL (WHICH THEY CHARGED ME FOR). WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR PLAY ON THE FLOOR THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED. I ONLY SAW 1 EMPLOYEE ON THE FLOOR, MAYBE BECAUSE THE OTHER FOUR WERE BEHIND THE COUNTER TALKING. THE CHILDREN HAD A GOOD TIME PLAYING BUT I COULD HAVE SAVED A TON OF MONEY JUST PAYING FOR THEM TO PLAY AND FORFEITING THE "PARTY". THE LESSON HERE IS " IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON TAKING CHILDREN HERE FOR A PARTY, SAVE YOUR MONEY. THROW A FROZEN PIZZA IN THE OVEN, BUY A 2 LITER COKE AND SERVE THEM FAMILY STYLE SOMEWHERE ELSE, IF YOU STILL FEEL COMPELLED TO TAKE THEM TO EXTREME PLAY KNOCK YOUR SELF OUT. I WON'T BE BACK.
