I have three pieces of advice: avoid, avoid, avoid. Firstly, avoid them because they are extremely expensive; secondly, because they are unreliable; thirdly, because their staff is insulting and aggressive. Like others here, I ended up paying more for the diagnosis alone than I would have for the manufacturer's repair (even if my appliance is no longer under warranty!). And I got insulted and talked down to in the process. Stay away from these thugs.
