Save your money and don't go there.
I was charged $75 for initial diagnostics on my Dell laptop, that just ran out of warranty. Was told that motherboard had a crack and given an unreasonable repair quote, pretty much forcing me to take it back.
Took my laptop home, ordered new motherboard online. As I was taking my laptop apart to replace motherboard, I discovered a couple of interesting things: for one, this laptop has NOT been opened since the last time I opened it, and two - motherboard did NOT have any cracks, just a burnt connector.
