I called Congressional when I was shopping for a VW, and they were the only place that would not give me a price over the phone or by e-mail. I had to bring my VW there for a warranty/recall issue, and they repaired it, but I mentioned another problem I had that should have been under warranty, and they said they needed to order a part, and would call me when it came in. I never heard from them again, which was probably for the best.
