I purchase my Acura TSX from Congressional Mazda Volkswagen. I originally inquired about the vehicle online and was answered quickly regarding the vehicle. I decided to venture down to Rockville to check it out and am so elated that I did! Jimmy and Dana offered top notch customer service! Friendly Service Department 8/5/2005

I didn't by my car there, but it was my stop for regular maintenance. It's a dealer, so of course it will be much more expensive than going somewhere else. But I always thought the were very honest and friendly. One guy went out of his way to help me with a replacement headlight I bought from parts I was having trouble installing. more

Typical new car dealer. 7/15/2005

I called Congressional when I was shopping for a VW, and they were the only place that would not give me a price over the phone or by e-mail. I had to bring my VW there for a warranty/recall issue, and they repaired it, but I mentioned another problem I had that should have been under warranty, and they said they needed to order a part, and would call me when it came in. I never heard from them again, which was probably for the best. more
