Japanese Steakhouse is a great place to go for good food and entertainment. I recommend that you bring a larger group so you're all sitting together at one grill, but going as a couple can be fun if you're not shy about talking to the people around you. I think the food is very good, but I have been to several japanese steakhouses in south carolina, and I have to say this isn't my overall favorite. It really depends on the steakhouse, but I prefer some of the dipping sauces and fried rice option (no extra charge at my fav, but you'll get one at JS) of others over this one, although it is still excellent. The cooks are always fun and entertaining, and if you don't mind spending a bit more cash than usual, this is your place.
