There are toys everywhere for the children to play with while they are waiting. There is a large staff that seems to accommodate the facility's needs very quickly. Everyone always knew exactly what to do in any situation, whether it was treatment, paperwork or next appointments. The doctors showed care and concern and were always friendly with both the parents and the children.
