I am a Jamaica Plain resident and used Fresh Hair to get ready for my wedding. First, I attempted a mani/pedi but she did such a horrible job on the manicure, applying old nail polish that was soooo thick that I did not let her near my toes. Next, I was set up for a make up lesson and after about 20 minutes of common sense tips, I walked out of the salon looking like a clown.
Now, I have had success in the past with hair at this salon (but my stylist is not longer working there) I would say that Fresh Hair is not the full service salon they advertise to be. The staff is friendly but unexperienced. The location is great but the prices are way to high for what you get.
