Silvergreens is a healthy alternative to the numerous amounts of Mexcian and TexMex offerings in Isla Vista. It is also probably the best dinning in the town - which really does not mean much in the bigger scheme of Santa Barbara.
They have pasta specials every Tuesday and Thursday, and a rotating menu of weekly specials (usually items with a $1 discount of the regular price). The food is a tad bit underflavored, but their salads are amazing. Each order comes with a little treat - sandwhiches with a cookie, salads with a bread, pasta with garlic bread, etc.
Overall, a good value and a good place to eat.
