We go to the Long Island Children's Museum every year and my kids love it! There are lots of exhibits for them to play with. My son love sthe Climb It, which is a ramp that winds it's way up to the ceiling and the kids climb up on different levels all the way to the top. My daughter loved the bubble exhibits where you can make all kinds of bubbles and even step inside a bubble! She also liked the roomt they set aside for preschoolers. It has all kinds of things for the littlest ones to do. There is a section where you can build with blocks, and one where you can actually make something with wood and take it home. It's pretty large and clean, and has a decent cafeteria with vending machines. Some camps go during the summer, but you hardly notice them. If you live in the area, it pays to get a membership so your kid's can go as much as they want.
