Just Puppies claim that they do not get their puppies from puppy mills but they do - USDA Breeders are puppy mills and the largest number of them are in Missouri which is where Just Puppies claims to get their puppies. I would not purchase a puppy from ANY pet store that claims they get them from a USDA Breeder. Although these pets need good homes, when you purchase them, it opens up another cage for another puppy who is being born to a female that is kept in a cage, producing puppies until she can no longer.
