We ordered a dress back in February 2007 for a wedding in May. As of today we still have not received the dress nor an answer as to when it will be here. The wedding is in 2 days. My daughter is very upset with the treatment and service that we have received from them. The owner places all of the blame on the vendor when it is her responsiblity to check on her orders. They never return phone calls and when you call the number their voice mailbox is always full. I would not recommend them to anybody. Their prices are reasonable, but not when you have to get ANOTHER dress to replace the one that hasn't come. So whenever the dress does finally get here we won't need it. I guess the only recourse to get our money back will be to sue them. Stay away from this store unless of course you don't need the dress for another year.
