Ruffles N Britches

We ordered a dress back in February 2007 for a wedding in May. As of today we still have not received the dress nor an answer as to when it will be here. The wedding is in 2 days. My daughter is very upset with the treatment and service that we have received from them. The owner places all of the blame on the vendor when it is her responsiblity to check on her orders. They never return phone calls and when you call the number their voice mailbox is always full. I would not recommend them to anybody. Their prices are reasonable, but not when you have to get ANOTHER dress to replace the one that hasn't come. So whenever the dress does finally get here we won't need it. I guess the only recourse to get our money back will be to sue them. Stay away from this store unless of course you don't need the dress for another year. more

I recently had a good experience with Ruffles N Britches. They had a booth at a bridal show I attended and I found dresses I loved for my flower girls. At the bridal show I was given a coupon for 20% off. The flower girls, their mother and I all went to the Independence Center to visit this store. They have a huge selection of flower girl and pageant dresses. They have all sizes and colors and even have catalogs for you to look through if you can't find what you want. They have a few outfits for boys, girls and infants that are everyday outfits. They are absolutely adorable and different than you'll find other places, but the price was expensive. For the dresses, their prices were very reasonable. They allowed the girls to try on dresses and they worked hard to determine the exact size the girls would need. They were very helpful in ordering and didn't rush at all. The fitting rooms are nice and large too. They carry accessories for the dresses like headbands and shoes, but those prices are a littl high. Great service and great product. My dresses were exactly like I wanted them. more
