I visited Sono Bello in Bellevue not sure of what to expect, just the idea of going in there was intimidating enough. The friendly and welcoming way I was greeted by the staff really help me feel comfortable while waited for my consultation. By the end of the consultation, I was sure I wanted to move forward with the procedure, all my questions were answered and it didn't feel like a marketing pitch. From the pre-op appointment to the first follow up, I really appreciate the charisma of the staff members, from the front desk to the nurses and special thanks to the nurse who took care of me during the procedure Theresa and Dr. Sobrino who managed to make feel comfortable in a situation where physically was uncomfortable. To top it of, being able to speak to the Dr. Sobrino in Spanish it was great! Thank You ALL. Now I just have to get through the healing process and enjoy the results.
