I have no experience with surgery before and it was my first time here at Sono Bello. I did not know what to expect but the Dr. and staff made the process easy for me. It's a life changing experience. more

That my experience w/ Sonobello overall, has been wonderful! I highly recommend Sonobello to family and friends who ask me about my procedure. From the very first consultation appt, to the day of my procedure, my experience has been excellent. Everyone is very professional, kind, caring; encouraging. The day of my procedure, my nurse, Silvie you're THE BEST; you took such good care of me!! and Dr. Marten, who performed the procedure was excellent as well; Thank you for calling to check on me! Also, I'd like to thank the Nurse I saw one week after my procedure - thank you for your kindness; encouragement; you truly put my mind at ease! My experience has been so very positive! I visited Sono Bello in Bellevue not sure of what to expect, just the idea of going in there was intimidating enough. The friendly and welcoming way I was greeted by the staff really help me feel comfortable while waited for my consultation. By the end of the consultation, I was sure I wanted to move forward with the procedure, all my questions were answered and it didn't feel like a marketing pitch. From the pre-op appointment to the first follow up, I really appreciate the charisma of the staff members, from the front desk to the nurses and special thanks to the nurse who took care of me during the procedure Theresa and Dr. Sobrino who managed to make feel comfortable in a situation where physically was uncomfortable. To top it of, being able to speak to the Dr. Sobrino in Spanish it was great! Thank You ALL. Now I just have to get through the healing process and enjoy the results. more

I had the most amazing experience at Sonobello from my very first point of contact with Liz... to the reception staff... to the Nurse and Surgeon (Dr Maarten) ... to the PA Katie post-operatively. It was consistently pleasant and professional. Many staff went above and beyond in their compassion and kindness! I am less than 2 weeks out from my procedure and I am already so thrilled with the results and had very minimal discomfort and recovery! Making the decision to have any surgical procedure can be frightening if you haven't had much experience with surgery. You don't really know what to expect. But the nurses, doctors and staff with whom I have had the pleasure to share my journey made the decision easier for me, because they were so knowledgeable and kind. I always felt like I was special, almost like the "only patient", they always had time for me, and my doctors were available 24/7 if I needed any help. I received calls after surgery from Dr. Dhaliwal and Dr. Bullis, and my post-op appointments with Katie, especially, made me feel confident about my recovery. I don't want to leave out anyone, because every single person with whom I had contact was professional and kind! Always a smile and a happy disposition. I had a wonderful experience at this location! It was so easy to get to, find parking, etc... You walk in to a beautiful office and smiling, friendly faces at the front desk. My consultant was wonderful, and immediately put me at ease. She was thorough and explained everything my procedure would entail and what it would cost. I felt like she really understood what I wanted to accomplish with this procedure. I was able to schedule my surgery in a timely fashion. I was able to meet with my surgeon at my pre op appointment and he was very professional and informative. He took the time to really understand what I wanted and helped me understand what to expect. The day of my procedure I was greeted by the same wonderful front staff and was introduced to the amazing nursing staff that took care of me throughout my procedure. They made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. The pain during the procedure was mostly non existent. I couldn't believe it! My wonderful nurse, Lizzie saw to my every need and even chatted with me during my procedure. She made me feel so cared for, and I appreciated it so much. That night, my surgeon called to check on me and make sure that my pain was well managed. The post surgical pain was exactly what I had been told to expect, and I had what I needed to manage it and keep up with my kiddos the very next day. Periodically I would recieve e mails that addressed the exact questions I had on that particular day regarding my recovery. They were really helpful. I knew that if I needed anything I could always call and get any answers I needed. The staff take such great care of you. I am happy with the results I have achieved thus far, and look forward to the confidense my procedure has given me. I would definitely recommend this amazing group of individuals. They go beyond competent to compassionate. more
