Back in the day, Jamie's was a good value. However, in the past few years, a yard of material today is a half a yard of material today. The cost is higher, as costs will rise over time, but if a job took 10 yards one year and it takes 15 yards to do the same job the next, there seems to be an issue. 50% more cost for the same job. Same quantity of material needed, unit of measure is shrinking. Conclusion: When you price a yard of materials at Jamie's, you should know you will probably get less material than the same unit of measure someplace else. And in closing, if you question the delivery quantities as being correct, do not expect to be treated with courtesy. You may be accused of trying to cheat him!
