When I read some of these reviews...I am in awe!! My first thought is are Jamie's competitors doing this on purpose? Are "fired" employees really a good source for a review? Or is the general public that ignorant? Jamie's is a great, great, GREAT business!!!! In the past several years I have put in nearly 40 trees, via Jamie's, and they are all thriving (thanks to my watering--yes folks, you must water NEW trees)and he and his employees have been nothing but wonderful!! Some of you have said that all your trees died and Jamie was rude when you went to ask them to all be replaced--well... that's because you fools didn't water them--he knows it and the lazy patrons know it!! Yet...he goes ahead and replaces them none the less--because that's his guarantee. I don't know of too many places that take care of other people's laziness!! There are actually some people that come in and say all of my trees are dead (4 out of 4)...there is no way that that could be Jamie's responsibility--but your own. The one review that says his "wife is even more rude" and is written in May of this year---his rude wife has been his exwife for over a year now--so how accurate can that review be? In general...if you want some BIG, beautiful trees, wonderful bushes, flowers, mulch, gravel, straw, or any kind of stone and stone work--you need to go to Jamie's. Before I bought all my trees I did an overview of all 5 nurseries in the area--no one had bigger and better trees than Jamie's, no one had better prices than Jamie's and no one had the scope of products that Jamie's has. When you're working with the general public... you can't please everyone. When you work with the general public, some troubles do arise...but that doesn't mean it is Jamie. He is a brisk, tough businessman, but he does try to do his best and please everyone. He is a workhorse and expects his employees to be the same--when employees are working offsite, their work ethic is sometimes hard for the boss to judge. Talk to him and he'll make your garden heaven.
