We moved from CA to FL just as Hurricane Matthew was doing its thing. Like a cross country move isn't stressful enough, right? Add to this that both my and my partner's cell phones and my laptop got jacked out of our hotel room on the third day of our road trip, AND we had to coordinate an emergency side-trip to flood-ravaged North Carolina to rescue a relative stuck without power. The ONLY smooth part of this move was working with All State Van Lines. Their customer service is A+ first-rate, starting with Drexel who gave us an over-the-phone quote that was within $50 of the actual final charge based on weight, to Miguel Pech who packed our stuff and got it all delivered safely and unscathed, to the customer service representatives who consistently showed such compassion and concern helping us to coordinate our furniture delivery around all our unexpected circumstances.
