From the front office to the operating room, the service is excellent. Everyone is helpful and thoughtful. Your privacy is respected from the counter, the receptionist are courteous, professional and friendly. The staff makes sure you are well informed before and after your procedure. I was so impressed with Dr. Nees who called me on Sunday after my procedure just to check on how I was doing. Who does that! With customer services being so poor today, Sonobello is one of the best establishments I have visited in many years. I am still swollen and losing weight but, the day I left after my procedure, I was very happy with the results. Thank you for making me feel comfortable doing something not widely accepted.
