I am very disappointed with the overall agencies customer service. Returning calls does not exist in this office. Paying attention and listening to your customers does not exist at this location.
The customer service representative assigned to our specific account had no knowledge about the product and or services she is trying to sell and or maintain.
Such unprofessional service is not expected from reputed company such as Statefarm. It’s a shame that Statefarm would allow just anyone to open an agency and trust that it will be run to its names full potential.
Do your investigation, don’t fall for the fake great customer reviews that the office staff at Lisa RO placed online.
