I am very disappointed with the overall agencies customer service. Returning calls does not exist in this office. Paying attention and listening to your customers does not exist at this location. The customer service representative assigned to our specific account had no knowledge about the product and or services she is trying to sell and or maintain. Such unprofessional service is not expected from reputed company such as Statefarm. It’s a shame that Statefarm would allow just anyone to open an agency and trust that it will be run to its names full potential. Do your investigation, don’t fall for the fake great customer reviews that the office staff at Lisa RO placed online. more

Jacqueline, Hi! Just wanted thank you so much for everything, and how patient you were with my work schedule!! Wow!, things worked out alot better than I've ever seen on a car insurance policy, not to mention, a great deal on renters insurance too!! Joining State Farm was a Great Move! Ha! Greatest State Farm Customer Insurance Service! 7/12/2011

Lisa takes care of all of our policies. Auto, Home, Life, Health... The other day she checked on our policy and called me personally to tell me that we didn't have identity theft restoration. We added it right away. more
