This is my second review because the first one was accidentally posted with only one star. We had two new Rinnai direct vent heaters for our sunroom and offices installed by Tyler and Jason today. They arrived on-time, we courteous and left the area clean. They were finished with the installation at the time they had told us they would. Before leaving they showed us how to operate the heaters.
