Monarca definitely met all of my expectations after my move this morning. I was expecting nothing less than the best because of their reviews online since this was the main reason that I chose them. They did arrive a little bit late, but I understand this bit since I live in North Dallas and you have to get onto 635 to get to my place. When the movers started to work, they made up the time that had been lost immediately. Monarca sent out two movers, and one of them was doing all of the disassembly of my furniture while the other mover was loading up stuff onto the truck. I was told that I needed to take my TV and my sound system in my own car since I did not have the original boxes. I did not mind doing this since these pieces are very expensive and I would rather take care of those myself. In the end, the movers did a great job overall.
