Monarca Movers

After countless hours of surfing the web for a moving company that fit my budget and had good reviews I came across Monarca Movers and decided to give them a call. The entire process was a pleasant experience starting from the friendly customer service to the professional and time efficient movers. The people at the office answered all my questions and walked me through the entire scheduling process; the movers that showed up on my house were clean and friendly. The actual move was a stress free and easy experience. They moved with a purpose and made sure to wrap all of my furniture with protective blankets. They took care of everything and I really didn't worry about much. Not only that but they managed to fit my couch in through my front door which I thought was going to be impossible. Im definitely using them next time I move and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs great dallas movers. more

Monarca was very professional and efficient during my move. I had them move a small 750 sq. ft. apartment to another small apartment about a mile away. When I called in to schedule my move, I talked to a lady over the phone and she gave me a list of things that I needed to do before my move. I took the time to do everything which included emptying out all of my furniture, disconnecting my washer and drying, and pretty much packing all of my items. Even though it was quite a bit of work, it was all worth it in the end because the movers just came in and quickly began loading up my stuff. In the end, the move took about two hours and the movers thanked me for having everything ready to go because they said that that makes their job a lot easier and a lot quicker. more

Sunday morning was my fourth time moving with Monarca! These guys have done an amazing job from the beginning, and I have used them ever since. For this last move, I had Monarca move a small pool table from Flower Mound to my townhome in Dallas. Luckily, the pool table was not one of the professional kinds with the marble slab, so Monarca was able to do it. I did have to send in pictures of the pool table, and basic measurements such as the weight, length, and height. Moreover, I was also told that it had to be from a first floor to a first floor only. Since my move met all of these requirements, I was able to schedule and have Monarca come out and help me. more

Monarca did a great job helping my husband and I move our furniture around our home. We are remodeling part of our home, so we had to empty out the living room and the game room in order to have new floors installed. We called Monarca to help us move the big pieces of furniture that my husband and I could not move on our own. With the two guys that Monarca sent out, it took no time at all. The first half of the floor installation was finished on Sunday night, so we called Monarca once again to help us move everything back and to now move the furniture from the bedrooms out of the way for the new floor installations. They have done a great in the last two moves, and we will definitely be using them in the next couple of days when we have to move the bedroom furniture back in. We really like how Monarca pays so much attention to detail in all aspects since this ensures that every move runs smoothly and without accidents. more

My husband and I hired Monarca to help us move our two bedroom apartment and some stuff we had in storage. We decided to go with Monarca since they had some amazing reviews online, and because my mother and father-in-law had used Monarca a couple of years back to help them move and they really like them also. In order to save some money, we made sure to do all of our packing, but we still had Monarca disassemble and reassemble all of our furniture. When it came to the truck size, Monarca recommended a 26ft long truck, and this turned out to be the perfect size for everything we needed to move. The fact that we moved from a third floor to a second floor made the move last a bit longer, but we were happy that there were no additional fees for stairs. In the end, our entire move was completely done in about four hours. more

My move with Monarca was very small, but I have heard some horror stories even when it comes to small moves. I hired Monarca Movers to move a small storage unit, into my one bedroom apartment. They did a quick load and transported all of my stuff in less than Monarca's two hour minimum. Also, my moving crew was nice enough to reassemble my bed even though they had not taken it apart. By the time I had to make my payment, I was afraid of any hidden fees since I read a lot about this from the reviews online about other local Dallas movers. However, this was not the case with Monarca Movers, and I am really glad about this. more

Monarca Movers fit me into their schedule at the last minute, and I was really glad about this. Even though my move was a last minute move, I was not charged anything extra for Monarca's service. When the movers arrived at my pickup location, they quickly started working and soon had everything loaded up on the truck. Additionally, the movers also took care of disassembling my bed and desk. When we arrived at my new apartment, the unloading took a little bit longer since my movers had to share the freight elevators with another group of movers. I was really happy with the work the movers did overall, and I will definitely be using them again. more

Monarca definitely met all of my expectations after my move this morning. I was expecting nothing less than the best because of their reviews online since this was the main reason that I chose them. They did arrive a little bit late, but I understand this bit since I live in North Dallas and you have to get onto 635 to get to my place. When the movers started to work, they made up the time that had been lost immediately. Monarca sent out two movers, and one of them was doing all of the disassembly of my furniture while the other mover was loading up stuff onto the truck. I was told that I needed to take my TV and my sound system in my own car since I did not have the original boxes. I did not mind doing this since these pieces are very expensive and I would rather take care of those myself. In the end, the movers did a great job overall. more

I chose Monarca as a last resort because they were the only ones willing to work with my crazy work schedule. I was a little worried about this since I did not know whether Monarca was any good. As the movers began to work, I saw that they were actually really good and they new exactly what they were doing. The longest part of my move was the travelling distance since we ran into traffic. Other than that, however, the movers did a great job and I was not charged anything extra beside what I had been quoted. Really loved this guys, and I think they have become my new go to Dallas movers. more

I was definitely not expecting Monarca to be as good as they turned out to be. I have had bad experiences with several other dallas movers, so I thought that my experience was going to be the same with Monarca. From the very beginning I was on defense, but all of my worries were dissolved when I met my moving crew and saw them working. These guys were simply amazing from the moment I met them. They let me explain to them exactly what I wanted, and they made sure to follow all of my instructions. For my flat screen, I did not have the original box for it, so the movers recommended that I take it in my car to prevent damage. With everything else, the guys quickly loaded my items into the moving truck and transported it to my new location. At the ending location, the movers reassembled furniture and helped my hang up my flat screen in the living room once again. I was truly surprised with these guys, and I'm lucky to have found them! more
