I agree 100% with everything, most of the people on this site are saying, all the good ones, which is the vast majority. I have "graduated" (they don't call it that) into the Advanced program and find it wonderful. If you stick with it, the results are life changing. Frankly, they can be even if the first Boot Camp if you're like I was. Going in, my I had issues with portraying actions and emotions that I didn't feel very comfortable with, but working with great teachers in a safe space in which to work has been amazing. Truth of the moment, then I can let it go. When someone, including me, misses the mark, they calls him/her/me out on it, but not in a way that is shaming or humiliating. There are always examples, suggestions and/or constructive criticism.
