Wish I could rate a zero star. Blew in acting like he was doing us a favor. Did not really check out anything on the broken refrigerator used my wife's hair dryer to defrost a part and proclaimed it's fixed. Took a check and could not have gotten out faster. Fridge still did not work called back and he needed a part ( without even checking the machine) never called back. Called him on a thu after a week he said part was in but he could not come til Monday. Today is Friday still no service. Called him today told me he would need to get back to me next week!
