Dryer died 5/15/2018

I was planning to purchase a new dryer until a friend of mine said Try the Appliance Dr I never heard of them However I dialed the number and they showed up the next day in the time frame they gave me. Lets just say I am a happy customer he was able to bring my dryer back to life and saved me a pretty penny Thanks guys more

Fraud 2/5/2015

Before using the Appliance Doctor in Holbrook, Mass go to the Better Business Bureau page and read the complaints that customers have written in. Mark did not fix my washing machine and refused to give me my money back after his ad clearly states that if he cannot fix it there is no charge. He took my money and when I used my machine the next day the problem had not been resolved. Tried numerous times to contact him but he kept hanging up on me. Frustrating to say the least. Wish I had read reviews before I used him. Beware of guys like the Appliance Doctor. more

Avoid this company 9/19/2014

Wish I could rate a zero star. Blew in acting like he was doing us a favor. Did not really check out anything on the broken refrigerator used my wife's hair dryer to defrost a part and proclaimed it's fixed. Took a check and could not have gotten out faster. Fridge still did not work called back and he needed a part ( without even checking the machine) never called back. Called him on a thu after a week he said part was in but he could not come til Monday. Today is Friday still no service. Called him today told me he would need to get back to me next week! more
