The Classy car wash at Ruckersville for the second time in the past three months has ripped me off. This time it only washed the under carriage then when we stopped at the block the machine started then just stopped again. All the lights went off on the board. I sat there for 7 minutes before pulling off and on the front side it still said wash in progress. I guess my biggest gripe is the fact that there is no one you can talk to because my wife made several calls and left messages that never got a response, and I also left a note twice at the car wash. Please send this on to the owner I would like to receive a refund or at least have a free car wash seeing that I have paid for it twice. Feel free to call me about this 434 985-4142.
