On April 29, 2007 at 8:15 a.m. I attempted to take my car through the automated wash bay at the Classy Car Wash in Ruckersville and like Keith A., after I paid the fee I was greeted with a malfunctioning system. I understand that mechanical systems sometimes do not work the way they were intended, but Classy Car Wash does not have anyone on site to assist nor do they post a phone number to call when issues arise. When I returned home I got their number from the phone book; however the number listed is not correct (the response sounds like a fax machine trying to answer).
