Mike was great. I completed the contact us section on his website and explained my problem with my garage door and he emailed me a suggestion as to how to fix it and it worked!! He could have just as easily charged me for a service call. When I really do need repairs in the future, he will be the first person I call. This kind of customer service is rare these days and folks like this deserve our business!
